  • Where it’s stored: a Google Sheet accessible only to KShep Creative.

  • How it is used: internal quality improvement and product/resource updates.

  • How KShep Creative handles identifying information: KShep Creative does not share names or other identifying details of people who provide feedback. If we would like to share a testimonial, quote, or example, we will request explicit permission first.
